Ingredients For spiced chicken livers

  • 12 oz
    chicken livers picked over cleaned and cut into uniform sizes
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    each ground coriander, cumin, cardamom, garlic powder, paprika, nutmeg.
  • oil for frying
  • parsley and flake sea salt

How To Make spiced chicken livers

  • 1
    Place the livers on paper towels to dry them. Mix the flour with the spices together.

    Place oil in a pan or use a deep fryer. Dredge the livers in the flour mixture. Then fry until crisp. Serve with parsley and flake sea salt
