Ingredients
- 12 ounces chicken livers picked over cleaned and cut into uniform sizes
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon each ground coriander, cumin, cardamom, garlic powder, paprika, nutmeg.
- oil for frying
- parsley and flake sea salt
How To Make spiced chicken livers

Step 1Place the livers on paper towels to dry them. Mix the flour with the spices together.

Step 2Place oil in a pan or use a deep fryer. Dredge the livers in the flour mixture. Then fry until crisp. Serve with parsley and flake sea salt
