I always try to find different recipes for chicken, because chicken can become boring. This is very tasty, and we love it.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 5 - gloves galic, thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped,plush sprigs
  • 5 - scallions, thinly sliced, 1 cup packed
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 - drumsticks, and thighs
  • 2 - medium carrots, thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 tablespoon cornstartch
  • - cook white rice, for serving

How To Make soy ginger chicken

  • Step 1
    1 preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    2 Get Dutch oven, put in frist 12 ingredients, make sure you have a tight lid.
  • Step 3
    3 add one cup of water.
  • Step 4
    4 tansfer to oven,cook chicken until tender, about 1 1/2 hrs.
  • Step 5
    5 proceed to step two. Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, in two cup glass measuring, whisk cornstarch with 1 taablespoon liquid into measuring cup, whisk to combine. Pour into small pan, bring to a boil cook until thicken,about 1 minute, stir in cornstarch mixture. serve with chicken, rice, and garnish with cilantro and remaning 1/2 cup scallions. Enjoy!!!
