Ingredients For soy chicken wings

9 ozchicken wings, fresh or frozen (thawed)

~ 1 cwater

1 Tbspchopped scallion

1" piecefresh ginger root, cut into slices

2 1/2 Tbspsoy sauce, light or dark

1 tspsugar
How To Make soy chicken wings

1Wash chicken wings.

2In small pan, bring water to boil.

3Add chicken, scallion and ginger root; bring back to boil.

4Add soy and sugar.

5Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

6Remove chicken from any remaining liquid and serve hot.
