Ingredients
- 9 ounces chicken wings, fresh or frozen (thawed)
- ~ 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chopped scallion
- 1" piece - fresh ginger root, cut into slices
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, light or dark
- 1 teaspoon sugar
How To Make soy chicken wings

Step 1Wash chicken wings.

Step 2In small pan, bring water to boil.

Step 3Add chicken, scallion and ginger root; bring back to boil.

Step 4Add soy and sugar.

Step 5Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 6Remove chicken from any remaining liquid and serve hot.
