How to Make SouthWest Chicken
- Mix up all of the ingredients for the marinade and then set the chicken in it and let refrigerate overnight, or about 6-8 hours.
- When ready to cook, preheat the grill for about 15 minutes. While the grill is getting hot, take the chicken out of the marinade.
- Take the extra marinade and heat it up in a sauce pan until boiling. Once this is done, shut off one of the burners on the grill and keep the rest on about medium.
- Place the chicken over the burner that is not running, rotating and flipping every 15 minutes. Baste with the extra marinade that you previously boiled.
