- 1 jar salsa, chunky ( 16 oz.)
- 2 cups cut up, cooked chicken
- 1-2 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
- GARNISHES

- - ripe olives, sliced
How To Make southwest chicken

Step 1Heat everything except cheese on the stove top in a skillet. Simmer until rice is done. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve. Serve with sour cream on top if desired and some sliced ripe olives.
