    1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • ·
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, 10 oz. each
  • ·
    1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ·
    1 cup mayonnaise
  • ·
    2 cups sour cream
  • ·
    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ·
    grated parmesan cheese
  • ·
  • ·

How to Make Southern Hospitality Chicken


  1. Mix the chicken with enough water to cover in pan. Bring to boil. Boil until chicken is cooked through; Drain. Cut into bite size pieces, discarding the skin.
  2. Cook broccoli using package directions; drain. Mix the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Layer the chicken, broccoli and sour cream mixture in a 3 quart baking dish, sprinkling with Parmesan cheese generously over each layer. Sprinkle paprika over top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6
