Got this recipe from my husband's aunt. It is absolutely delicious and everyone I have ever made it for thinks it is also! It goes great with Salsa of your choice on top when you serve it as a garnish if so desired.

Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken chunked or 2 chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 1 package sour cream
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 2 cans green chiles, diced or frozen green chiles
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package 12 corn tortillas
How To Make sour cream chicken enchiladas

Step 1Cook chicken if using chicken breasts & shred. In Lg bowl mix chicken, green onion, sour cream, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, green chiles and 1 cup of shredded cheese all together.

Step 2Spray bottom of 13x9 pan with cooking spray, Layer first mixture then on top of that use 6 corn tortillas, then chicken mixture, then other 6 corn tortillas, ending with rest of chicken mixture. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.

Step 3Put a layer of foil on top of the pan loosely. Bake in oven at 375 for 45 mins.
