2Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the bottom of a pan. Pour cream mixture over the chicken.
3Spread cracker crumbs over the top and then drizzle the butter over top of all of it.
4Bake for 45-60 min. at 350 degree until chicken is done.
If you are making this for a large group I cut the chicken into reasonable sized pieces. I also do not increase the sauce equally. If you are making it for 60 I would multiply the cream mixture by 8 instead. It will still add the flavor to it all.
The sauce and chicken can be combined up to 24 hours in advance. Just add the crumbs and butter before baking.
