Ingredients

  • ·
    2 cups sour cream
  • ·
    1/4 cup lemon juice
  • ·
    4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    4 tsp. salt
  • ·
    2 tsp. paprika
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • ·
    dash garlic powder
  • ·
    10 to 12 boneless chicken breasts
  • ·
    unflavored bread crumbs

How to Make Sour Cream Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, pepper and garlic powder in a container. Put the chicken in a baking dish, pour mixture over chicken and marinate overnight.
  2. Just before cooking, roll chicken pieces in bread crumbs and return to marinade. Dot with butter and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
