Ingredients
- 3 - chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 - small cans sliced drained mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco
How To Make sour cream chicken

Step 1Spray casserole dish with vegetable spray. Lightly salt & pepper chicken breasts. Place them in the casserole dish.

Step 2Sautee onion & garlic in butter until tender. Add soup, sour cream, mushrooms, sherry, salt, Worcestershire & Tabasco. Blend throroughly. Pour over chicken.

Step 3Bake for 1 hour at 350. After removing from oven, baste the chicken breasts in the sauce. Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle with paprika & serve over rice
