Ingredients

  • 3
    chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 clove
    minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2
    small cans sliced drained mushrooms
  • 1/4 c
    sherry
  • 1 tsp
    salt, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp
    tabasco

How to Make Sour Cream Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray casserole dish with vegetable spray. Lightly salt & pepper chicken breasts. Place them in the casserole dish.
  2. Sautee onion & garlic in butter until tender. Add soup, sour cream, mushrooms, sherry, salt, Worcestershire & Tabasco. Blend throroughly. Pour over chicken.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 350. After removing from oven, baste the chicken breasts in the sauce.
    Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle with paprika & serve over rice
