How to Make Sour Cream Chicken
1Spray casserole dish with vegetable spray. Lightly salt & pepper chicken breasts. Place them in the casserole dish.
2Sautee onion & garlic in butter until tender. Add soup, sour cream, mushrooms, sherry, salt, Worcestershire & Tabasco. Blend throroughly. Pour over chicken.
3Bake for 1 hour at 350. After removing from oven, baste the chicken breasts in the sauce.
Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle with paprika & serve over rice
