Stove Top


  • 15 oz
    black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cubed
  • 10 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 lb
    penne pasta
  • 1 dash(es)
    hot sauce
  • 1 dash(es)
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash(es)
    crushed red pepper flake
  • 2
    chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch
    green onion diced
  • 2
    grilled chicken breasts chopped

How to Make Sonoran Chicken Pasta


  1. In medium saucepan, heat black beans over medium heat
  2. Set aside
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt cheese and sour cream
  4. Meanwhile cook pasta 8-10 minutes
  5. Drain pasta
  6. place pasta in a bowl
  7. Add hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to cheese sauce when melted
  8. Mix well
  9. Spoon sauce over pasta
  10. top with beans, tomatoes, green onion and chicken
