so simple mushroom chicken
I had chicken and limited other ingredients. It turns out that the beauty of any dish is simplicity and artful seasoning! My husband loves a little spice in all his dishes, so I added the red pepper for him. I imagine it's just as good without! But it does add a little kick! I'm planning on experimenting by adding cheese next time and also baking it over stuffing or rice! I'll probably update this recipe, when that happens!

Ingredients
- 3 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (frozen)
- dash salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, light
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1/2 small onions, vidalia, peeled, chopped
- - crushed red pepper, to taste
How To Make so simple mushroom chicken

Step 1Place frozen chicken breasts in bottom of a glass 9x13 pan. Coat as desired. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Mix minced garlic into soup, straight from can. Spread soup mixture over top of chicken.

Step 3Sprinkle mushrooms and chopped onion on top. Add red pepper (optional).

Step 4Bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through.
