Ingredients
- 1 - dozen mrs. t's frozen potatoe pierogies (or any brand you like)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (i use lowfat)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms drained (can leave out)
- 2 cups cooked cubed or shredded chicken
- 1 cup frozen peas
How To Make smothered chicken with pierogies

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2 qt casserole with cooking spray. Thaw pierogies in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain and place in casserole dish. In large saucepan, combine soup, mushrooms, peas and chicken. Cook stirring about 5 mins just until heated. pur over pierogies and bake for 15 mins.
