Ingredients

  • 4
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    french fried onions, small can. use all.
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter (opt)

How to Make Smothered Chicken Breasts

Step-by-Step

  1. Lighly grease baking dish. Place Chicken in pan, sprinkle with Garlic Powder, pat with Butter.
    Pour soup over Chicken Breasts, Drop Spoonful of Sour Cream over top of chicken, Top with Fried onions
  2. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
    Serve over rice.
