My hubby loves this the spicer the better and it is so easy to put together. Any left overs heat up and spoon on flour tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 1lb
    boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp
    taco seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 each
    green and red pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 1 c
    frozen corn
  • 1 1/2 c
    Thick N Chunky Salsa
  • 1 c
    Finely Shredded Four Cheese

How to Make SLOW-COOKER TEX-MEX CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  1. Toss chicken with taco seasoning and flour in slow cooker. Stir in vegetables and salsa cover with lid.
  2. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. High 3 to 4 hours. Stir just before serving; top with shredded cheese. Serve over hot cooked rice topped with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro,.
