My hubby loves this the spicer the better and it is so easy to put together. Any left overs heat up and spoon on flour tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 1lb - boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 each - green and red pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 1/2 cups Thick N Chunky Salsa
  • 1 cup Finely Shredded Four Cheese

How To Make slow-cooker tex-mex chicken

  • Step 1
    Toss chicken with taco seasoning and flour in slow cooker. Stir in vegetables and salsa cover with lid.
  • Step 2
    Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. High 3 to 4 hours. Stir just before serving; top with shredded cheese. Serve over hot cooked rice topped with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro,.
