The chicken breasts are extremely tender after slow cooking. The sauce is savory with a hint of sweetness. Sesame seeds sprinkled on top add a touch of nutty flavor. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons corn starch dissolved in 3 Tbsp water
- - sesame seeds
How To Make slow cooker sesame chicken

Step 1Put the chicken into a Crock Pot.

Step 2Combine honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, and garlic.

Step 3Pour over the chicken. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1 1/2 – 2 1/2 hours or just until chicken is cooked through.

Step 4Remove the chicken from the Crock Pot and leave sauce.

Step 5Dissolve 2 teaspoons of corn starch in 3 tablespoons of water.

Step 6Pour into the Crock Pot. Stir to combine with sauce. Replace the lid and cook the sauce on high for ten more minutes or until slightly thickened.

Step 7Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

Step 8Return the chicken to the Crock Pot and stir with the sauce. When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
