- 1 cup tomatoes, petite, diced (low sodium)
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup onions, finely diced
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 3 tablespoons sour cream reduced fat
