Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large poblano pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 cup diced onion
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 6 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
- - salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 8 ounces package cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- - pasta of choice
- - cotija cheese to sprinkle on finished dish
How To Make slow cooker poblano chicken pasta

Step 1Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray. Place the chicken in the bottom of slow cooker. Place oil in large skillet. Saute the onions, peppers and garlic until softened. Add salt and pepper and taco seasoning.

Step 2Pour over the chicken. Melt the cream cheese and the heavy cream together in sauce pan. Pour over the chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Step 3Prepare pasta according to package directions. Serve the chicken mixture over the pasta and top with the Cotija cheese
