this is very tasty, and the sauce makes an amazing gravy for mashed potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds cut-up chicken, with bones
  • 1 bottle lemon pepper marinade
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • dash salt and pepper
  • dash lemon pepper
  • 1 box instant mashed potatoes

How To Make slow-cooker lemon pepper chicken

  • Step 1
    Place chicken in slow cooker and season
  • Step 2
    Pour the marinade and 1/2 the bottle of water, plus can of soup and a whole can of water over the chicken.
  • Step 3
    Cook on low for 4-6 hours (if the chicken was defrosted) or Low for 8 hours if the chicken was frozen
  • Step 4
    when the chicken is done, remove and use the leftover liquid to make gravy. serve over potatoes
