Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb
    cut-up chicken, with bones
  • 1 bottle
    lemon pepper marinade
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • dash(es)
    salt and pepper
  • dash(es)
    lemon pepper
  • 1 box
    instant mashed potatoes

How to Make Slow-Cooker Lemon Pepper Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker and season
  2. Pour the marinade and 1/2 the bottle of water, plus can of soup and a whole can of water over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours (if the chicken was defrosted) or Low for 8 hours if the chicken was frozen
  4. when the chicken is done, remove and use the leftover liquid to make gravy. serve over potatoes
