chicken, boneless/skinless or pork tenderloin

14-1/2 oz. each, chicken broth- 1/3 less sodium

1 can(s)
diced tomatoes, no salt added
1 large
sweet potato, peeled and cubed

onion, chopped
red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped

ground cumin
1/4 tsp
salt (optional)
8 dash(es)
fresh ground pepper
8 dash(es)
cayenne/hot sauce (optional)

How to Make Slow Cooker Gypsy Stew


  • 1Add all ingredients to slow cooker
  • 2Cover and cook on either LOW 10-11 hours or on HIGH for 5-6 hours.
    Serve with warm bread n butter
