Ingredients
- 1 - each green, red and yellow pepper, cut into strips
- 1 large onion, cut into strips
- 2 pounds boneless beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 - 8" flour tortillas, warmed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup cheddar, shredded
- 1 1/8 teaspoons fresh cilantro, minced
How To Make slow cooker fajitas

Step 1Place peppers and onions in a 5-quart slow cooker; top with beef.

Step 2Combine water, vinegar, lime juice, and seasonings. Pour over meat.

Step 3Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until tender.

Step 4Spoon onto tortillas and top with cheese, cilantro, salsa and any other of your favorite fajita toppings.
