each green, red and yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 large
onion, cut into strips
2 lb
boneless beef sirloin, cut into strips
3/4 c
2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
lime juice
1 tsp
ground cumin
1 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper
8" flour tortillas, warmed
1/2 c
1/2 c
cheddar, shredded
1 1/8 tsp
fresh cilantro, minced

How to Make Slow Cooker Fajitas


  • 1Place peppers and onions in a 5-quart slow cooker; top with beef.
  • 2Combine water, vinegar, lime juice, and seasonings. Pour over meat.
  • 3Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until tender.
  • 4Spoon onto tortillas and top with cheese, cilantro, salsa and any other of your favorite fajita toppings.
