Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning divided
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 sticks butter softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- pasta, noodles, or rice for serving
- fresh basil for garnish
How To Make slow cooker creamy parmesan chicken

Step 1Place the chicken in a slow cooker. Add the chicken broth and 1 tsp. Italian seasoning. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours until the chicken can be shredded. Pour out the chicken broth and add the chicken back to slow cooker.

Step 2Mix the butter the remaining Italian seasoning, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic. Place on top of the chicken and cook in slow cooker 30 more minutes until the sauce is creamy and cheese is melted. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper

Step 3Meanwhile cook the pasta, noodles or rice. Serve the chicken mixture over the pasta and garnish with basil
