1 cwhite rice
2 can(s)(10 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)(14 ounces) chicken broth
1 pkg(1 ounce) dry onion soup mix
How to Make Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken with Rice
- Place rice in a 5 or 6 quart slow cooker.
- In saucepan, combine chicken soup, broth, 2 soup cans water and onion soup mix and mix well.
Heat just enough to mix ingredients.
Spoon half over rice.
- Place 4 chicken quarters in slow cooker.
Spoon remaining soup mixture over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
