Ingredients
- 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- - salt and pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened and cut into chunks
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces hot buttered noodles
- - parsley for garnish
How To Make slow cooker cream cheese chicken over noodles

Step 1Place the chicken in a slow cooker and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth and garlic together. Pour over chicken and cook on low for 5 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred.

Step 2Mix the cream cheese and sour cream into the slow cooker and whisk until smooth. Place the chicken back into the slow cooker and cook another 30 minutes.

Step 3Serve over hot buttered noodles and garnish with parsley
