Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • - salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces hot buttered noodles
  • - parsley for garnish

How To Make slow cooker cream cheese chicken over noodles

  • Step 1
    Place the chicken in a slow cooker and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth and garlic together. Pour over chicken and cook on low for 5 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred.
  • Step 2
    Mix the cream cheese and sour cream into the slow cooker and whisk until smooth. Place the chicken back into the slow cooker and cook another 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serve over hot buttered noodles and garnish with parsley
