- 1 large onion diced
- 4 boneless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 teaspoon each salt, cumin, & chili powder
- 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- rice & naan for serving
