4 Tbspbrown sugar

2 ctomato sauce

4boneless chicken thighs cut into pieces

4 cfresh spinach
How to Make Slow Cooker Chicken Saag Curry
- Add oil to a pan. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until browned. Add the spices & brown sugar, stir fry a couple of minutes. Add the tomato sauce. Stir then add the spinach and let wilt.
- Pour into a crock pot. Add the chicken and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
