Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon each turmeric & garam masala
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 4 boneless chicken thighs cut into pieces
- 4 cups fresh spinach
How To Make slow cooker chicken saag curry

Step 1Add oil to a pan. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until browned. Add the spices & brown sugar, stir fry a couple of minutes. Add the tomato sauce. Stir then add the spinach and let wilt.

Step 2Pour into a crock pot. Add the chicken and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
