    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

    red bell pepper, diced
  • 1
    yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1
    onion, diced
  • 1 can(s)
    (16 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    (14 ounces) crushed or diced tomatoes
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    oregano
  • 1 tsp
    basil
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme (chopped) optional

    kosher salt

    freshly ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar (optional)

How to Make Slow Cooker Chicken Provencal

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients into a slow cooker, stir and cover with lid.
    Cook on low heat for 7 hours.
  2. Recipe can be doubled for a 5, 6 or 7 quart crock pot.
