Ingredients

2 mediumboneless, skinless chicken breasts
-
1/2 smallroughly chopped yellow onion
-
1 can(s)10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken & mushroom soup
-
1 can(s)10 3/4 oz cream of broccoli soup
-
1 cchicken stock
-
2 smallbay leaves
-
1 tspthyme
-
1-2 pinchsalt and pepper to taste
How to Make Slow Cooker Chicken for 2
- Prep:
Roughly chop the onion and place all ingredients into your slow cooker and stir, then top with the chicken. Add additional stock or water to cover the chicken completely. - Set your cooker on LOW to cook for 6-8 hours. When you're ready, remove the bay leaves and serve along side a tossed green salad; or add 1/2 head of fresh broccoli for the last 1/2 hour of cooking, serve with rice.
