I TOOK A PILLSBURY RECIPE AND CHANGED THE INGREDIENTS TO FIT WHAT I LIKE. I HAVE MADE IT SEVERAL TIMES USING DIFFERENT CHEESES AND SOUPS. IT TAKES VERY LITTLE TIME TO PREPARE AND COOK. I HAVE ALSO FROZEN SINGLE INDIVIDUAL CONTAINERS FOR NIGHTS THAT I DON'T WANT TO COOK.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can 18oz progresso three cheese soup (your choice)
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast or fillets cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 package kraft mac & cheese
- 3/4 cup chopped deli-sliced ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheese of your choice

Step 1Spray 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix broth, cheese soup, Dijon mustard and pepper. Stir in chicken. Cover; cook on High heat setting 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until chicken is cooked through (at least 165°F).

Step 2Stir mac & cheese and ham into slow cooker. Cover; cook on High heat setting 25 to 30 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring twice.

Step 3Stir in cheese package from mac & cheese box and your 1 cup of cheese until cheese melts. Let stand covered 5 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir mixture.
