slow cooker chicken chili
This is great and so easy to make. The recipe recommends "coarsely ground" chicken and I agree - it makes a HUGE difference over regular ground chicken.

How To Make slow cooker chicken chili
-
Step 1Put the chicken in the slow cooker. Add 3 tablespoons of the chili powder and all the rest of the ingredients, except for the beer. Stir everything together, cover, and cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
-
Step 2Just before serving, stir in the remaining 2 teaspoons chili powder, the beer, and season with more salt and pepper, if desired. Divide the chili among warm bowls. Serve with toppings of your choice.
-
Step 3*TIP* - Stirring the 2 teaspoons of chili powder in right before serving brightens the flavor of the chili.
