Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs cut into 3 pieces each
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 small jalapeno's seeded and chopped
- 2 teaspoons each, salt, garam masala, trumeric, coriander, cumin, & fenugreek
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- basmati rice, naan and cilantro for serving
How To Make slow cooker chicken bhuna

Step 1Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, & jalapenos. Mix the spices together and pour over the top of the chicken. Stir in the brown sugar.

Step 2Pour in the water, lemon juice and crushed tomatoes. Stir in the tomato paste. Add the cornstarch and stir everything together. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Step 3Serve over Basmati rice and lots of naan to soak up all the delicious sauce. Garnish with cilantro
