Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 3
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 tsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 1
    red pepper, chopped
  • 1
    green pepper, chopped
  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 8 oz
    penne pasta
  • ·
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Slow Cooker Cajun Chicken Alfredo


  1. Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker
  2. Cover the chicken with the Cajun seasoning
  3. Add the remaining ingredients except the penne noodles
  4. Cook on high
  5. After about 2.5 hours check the chicken. If it is cooked, shred the chicken and add the penne noodles.
  6. Once the noodles are fully cooked, about 30 minutes, add Parmesan cheese and serve.
