Ingredients

1 can(s)(14 oz) whole artichoke hearts, drained

1 can(s)(14 oz) whole mushrooms, halved
-
12chicken tenders
-
1 jar(s)(6 1/2 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, with liquid
-
3/4 cwhite wine
-
1/2 cbalsamic vinaigrette
-
·hot cooked noodles
-
·paprika for garnish (optional)
How to Make Slow Cooker Autumn Chicken
- Spread whole artichoke hearts over bottom of crock pot or slow cooker.
- Top with half of the mushrooms.
- Layer chicken tenders over the mushrooms.
- Top chicken with marinated artichoke hearts with liquid.
- Add remaining mushrooms.
- Pour in wine and vinaigrette.
- Cover and cook on LOW 4-5 hours.
- Serve over hot cooked noodles. Garnish with paprika, if desired. Enjoy!
