This is a great comfort dish on a cool evening. I like to serve it to guests because it looks and tastes like a restaurant meal without going to a lot of trouble.

Ingredients For slow cooker autumn chicken

1 can(14 oz) whole artichoke hearts, drained

1 can(14 oz) whole mushrooms, halved

12chicken tenders
-
1 jar(6 1/2 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, with liquid

3/4 cwhite wine
-
1/2 cbalsamic vinaigrette
-
hot cooked noodles
-
paprika for garnish (optional)
How To Make slow cooker autumn chicken

1Spread whole artichoke hearts over bottom of crock pot or slow cooker.

2Top with half of the mushrooms.

3Layer chicken tenders over the mushrooms.

4Top chicken with marinated artichoke hearts with liquid.

5Add remaining mushrooms.

6Pour in wine and vinaigrette.

7Cover and cook on LOW 4-5 hours.

8Serve over hot cooked noodles. Garnish with paprika, if desired. Enjoy!
