1Place chicken in a 4-quart slow-cooker, sprinkle w/ salt. In medium bowl, whisk together lemonade, brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar until smooth.
2Pour mix over chicken. Cover, cook on low for 6 hrs, or on high for 3-1/2 hrs. Transfer chicken to a platter & keep warm.
3Pour liquid from cooker into a saucepan and skim the fat . In lg measuring cup, combine cornstarch and water. Stir into saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened. Cook 2 more mins. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve w/ rice.
