1Place chicken in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Sprinkle w/ salt. In medium bowl, whisk together lemonade, brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar.
2Pour sauce over chicken. Cover, cook on low 6 hrs, or on high for 3-1/2 hrs. Transfer chicken to a platter and keep warm. Pour liquid from cooker to a medium saucepan. Skim off the fat.
3In a lg measuring cup, combine cornstarch and water. Stir into saucepan. Cook, stirring until thickened. Cook 2 more mins. Spoon sauce over chicken. Serve w/ rice or noodles. I used Asian rice noodles.
