I was in a hurry one day and I didn't know what to make for dinner. I saw I had Campbells chicken and herb soup and skinless chicken breasts. I added fingerling potatoes and fresh carrots. Put in a crock pot on low for 6 to 7 hours and dinner was done. I made a toss salad with lots of veggies. This dinner is even better the second day.
