How to Make Slow Cooked Beefy Chicken Marsala

  1. Wash and season chicken breast w/S&P.
    Place in crock pot.
Next add sliced onions and season with parsley and garlic powder.
  2. Add beef stock and marsala over chicken.
  3. Cover and set on low for 7-8 hrs.
    Will be adding mushrooms later.
  4. Half way thru cooking time I add my wiped clean mushrooms (16oz pkg.) Mushrooms will soak up water if rinsed. I wipe clean with paper towel.
I add my mushrooms half way so they dont cook down completely, but can be added in beginning.
Continue to cook til chicken reads 165 in middle.
Serve over pasta rice or potatoes.
