How to Make Slow Cooked Beefy Chicken Marsala
- Half way thru cooking time I add my wiped clean mushrooms (16oz pkg.) Mushrooms will soak up water if rinsed. I wipe clean with paper towel.
I add my mushrooms half way so they dont cook down completely, but can be added in beginning.
Continue to cook til chicken reads 165 in middle.
Serve over pasta rice or potatoes.
