slow cook wings

I make these when I know I'll be in the house and I can let them cook slowly in the oven. You can also make hefty batches of these in your crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 8 - chicken wings and/or drumsticks
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • - montreal steak seasoning
  • - ketchup
  • - minced onion

How To Make slow cook wings

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 200*
  • Step 2
    Lay the chicken wings/drumsticks in a pan and cover with the teriyaki and soy sauce.
  • Step 3
    Take your ketchup and make a line down each piece of chicken. (Do not fully cover the wing/drumstick, one line down the piece will do.)
  • Step 4
    Shake the Montreal season and minced onion over the pieces, applying a generous amount.
  • Step 5
    Cover with foil and put in the oven to cook. Flip occasionally and use a baster to help keep coating the pieces with the juices while they're cooking.
  • Step 6
    The chicken wings should be done in 4 hours. Take out and enjoy!!
