Ingredients For skillet orange chicken

  • 3/4 lb
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1
    leek, thinly sliced, white part only
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 sm
    orange, sectioned

How To Make skillet orange chicken

  • 1
    Cut chicken breasts in half, and pound to an even thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • 2
    heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    Add chicken; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned. Remove from skillet, and keep warm
  • 4
    Add leeks to skillet, and cook, stirring often, 4 minutes. Add broth, orange juice, and rosemary.

    Return chicken to skillet.

    Increase heat to medium-high, and cook until chicken is done.

    Stir in orange segments
