Ingredients
- 3/4 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 leek, thinly sliced, white part only
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 small orange, sectioned
How To Make skillet orange chicken

Step 1Cut chicken breasts in half, and pound to an even thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Step 2heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 3Add chicken; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned. Remove from skillet, and keep warm

Step 4Add leeks to skillet, and cook, stirring often, 4 minutes. Add broth, orange juice, and rosemary.

Step 5Return chicken to skillet.

Step 6Increase heat to medium-high, and cook until chicken is done.

Step 7Stir in orange segments
