Ingredients For skillet orange chicken

3/4 lbchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1leek, thinly sliced, white part only

1/2 cchicken broth
-
1/4 corange juice
-
1/4 tspdried rosemary, crushed

1 smorange, sectioned
How To Make skillet orange chicken

1Cut chicken breasts in half, and pound to an even thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper

2heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

3Add chicken; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned. Remove from skillet, and keep warm

4Add leeks to skillet, and cook, stirring often, 4 minutes. Add broth, orange juice, and rosemary.

5Return chicken to skillet.

6Increase heat to medium-high, and cook until chicken is done.

7Stir in orange segments
