1 Tbspvegetable oil

1 1/4 lbchicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

1 can(s)cambell's condensed cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 cwater

1/2 tsponion powder

1/4 tspblack pepper

1 clong grain rice, uncooked

2 cfrozen mixed vegetables

1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How to Make Skillet Cheesy Chicken & Rice
- Heat oil in 12" skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 10 min. or until well browned on both sides. remove chicken from skillet.
- stir soup, water, onion powder, black pepper and rice in skillet and heat to a boil. reduce heat to low. cover and cook 15 min., stirring once halfway through cooking time.
- stir in vegetables. return chicken to skillet. sprinkle with cheese. cover and cook 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
