How to Make Skillet Buffalo Chicken
- Place olive oil in a large skillet. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides and remove from pan and set aside.
- Place the butter in the skillet then add the garlic. Saute 1 minute. Add the buffalo sauce and return the chicken to the skillet. Cook until chicken is done.
- Remove pan from heat. Add a piece of cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Place a lid on the skillet until cheese has melted. Serve garnished with the chives
