  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4
    boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 c
    buffalo sauce
  • 4 slice
    muenster cheese
  • ·
    fresh chopped chives

How to Make Skillet Buffalo Chicken


  1. Place olive oil in a large skillet. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides and remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Place the butter in the skillet then add the garlic. Saute 1 minute. Add the buffalo sauce and return the chicken to the skillet. Cook until chicken is done.
  3. Remove pan from heat. Add a piece of cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Place a lid on the skillet until cheese has melted. Serve garnished with the chives
