Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 slices muenster cheese
  • - fresh chopped chives

How To Make skillet buffalo chicken

  • Step 1
    Place olive oil in a large skillet. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides and remove from pan and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Place the butter in the skillet then add the garlic. Saute 1 minute. Add the buffalo sauce and return the chicken to the skillet. Cook until chicken is done.
  • Step 3
    Remove pan from heat. Add a piece of cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Place a lid on the skillet until cheese has melted. Serve garnished with the chives
