Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 slices muenster cheese
- - fresh chopped chives
How To Make skillet buffalo chicken

Step 1Place olive oil in a large skillet. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides and remove from pan and set aside.

Step 2Place the butter in the skillet then add the garlic. Saute 1 minute. Add the buffalo sauce and return the chicken to the skillet. Cook until chicken is done.

Step 3Remove pan from heat. Add a piece of cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Place a lid on the skillet until cheese has melted. Serve garnished with the chives
