1Line a lg baking sheet w/ foil,Place a wire rack on foil, spray rack w/ cooking spray.
2Place flour, paprika, thyme, baking powder, salt & pepper in lg plastic, resealable bag. In lg shallow bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mustard and 2 tsp minced garlic. Add chicken legs to yogurt mix and turn to coat. Cover, refrigerate 30 mins.
3Heat oven to 425. Remove chicken from marinade. Place 2 pieces of chicken in plastic bag w/ flour mix and shake to coat. Place chicken on rack. Repeat w/ remaining chicken. Spray chicken w/ cooking spray. Bake about 50-60 mins or until no longer pink inside and chicken is golden brown.
