3 Tbsppeanut oil

4-6boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat and cut into thin strips

3 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbspfresh ginger root, minced

1/4 csoy sauce

1 pkg(16 oz) chinese noodles cooked and rinsed under cold water

1 bag(s)1/2 (16 oz.) fresh broccoli slaw or asian style chopped salad mix

2-3 Tbspdark sesame oil
How to Make Simple Chicken Lo Mein
- Heat peanut oil in a large wok or deep skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken and cook, stirring frequently, until no longer pink. Add vegetables and lid. Cook until vegetables are cooked crisp tender.
- Add noodles, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Mix well. Pour over chicken and vegetables, add noodles and toss to mix and heat through.
