Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon each garam marsala & paprika a
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- fresh cilantro, mint or parsley
How To Make silken chicken thighs

Step 1cut small slits in the chicken thighs not all the way through. Poke them with a fork not all the way through.

Step 2Lay them in a swallow dish rub them with the lemon and season with salt and pepper. Mix the heavy cream, garam masala, paprika, garlic and ginger together. Pour over the chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Lift the chicken pieces out of the dish most of the marinade will cling to the chicken. Sprinkle a little more garam masala and ground cumin in desired.

Step 4Place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Garnish with herb of choice.
