Ingredients
- PAD THAI SAUCE
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- FOR THE DISH
- 8 ounces pad thai noodles
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium shallots chopped
- 2 cups chicken breasts cubed
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
- 8 ounces large shrimp peeled and deviened
- FOR GARNISH
- - cilantro chopped
- - chopped peanuts
- - lime wedges
How To Make shrimp and chicken pad thai

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside. Cook the noodles and drain and set aside.

Step 2Add oil to a large wok or skillet. Let it get hot and add the shallots and chicken cook until chicken in no longer pink. Push the chicken to the side and add the eggs and scramble the egg incorporating it into the chicken.

Step 3Pour in the sauce and add the noodles and bean sprouts. Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.

Step 4Serve garnished with cilantro, peanuts, and a squeeze of lime juice
