Ingredients
- 2 - boneless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups cooked rice that is day old
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 4 large eggs scrambled
How To Make shrimp and chicken fried rice

Step 1Place 2 tablespoons of butter in a wok or skillet. Add the garlic and cook until it becomes fragrant. Add the chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Step 2Add the rice and break up the clumps, and press down to toast it, turning and toasting on the other side. Add the peas stir fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3Add sesame oil and soy sauce. Move the rice to the side and add the 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the shrimp and cook until pink.

Step 4Make a well in the middle of the stir fry and add the eggs. Stir fry the eggs while incorporating them into the rice mixture. Taste and adjust for salt.
