I buy a chicken at walmart inthe deli and use instead of buying a raw one

1 can can green chillies
1 - pint of heavy cream
12 packages flour tortillas
1lb package monterey jack cheese grated
1 - 3/4 of a 16oz jar green salsa

How To Make shirley's chicken enchiladas

Step 1

spray a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick spray Boil chicken; cool, chop and place in a bowl. In a other bowl , mix green chillies, whipping cream, and green salsa. place a spoonful of chicken in tortilla , then cheese, then sauce

Step 2

Roll tortila, seam side down untill pan is full . sprinkle cheese on top the last 10 minutes Bake 30 min at 350 degrees
