1In bowl, mix together 3 cups flour, garlic salt, 1-1/2 tsp pepper, paprika and poultry seasoning. In another bowl, stir together 1-1/3 cups flour, salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, egg yolks and beer or water, mix well. If batter is too thick, thin out w/ more beer or water.
2Heat oil in lg, deep skillet or a fryer until hot.
Moisten each chicken piece w/ a little water. Dip chicken into dry flour mix, then dip into batter, then into dry mix again.
3Carefully place chicken in oil. Fry about 15-18 mins. Drain on paper towels.
