I make this w/ canned chunck chicken, which makes it easier, but if you have left over cubed chicken, or shredded chicken that's fine to use also.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup lite buttermilk ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo-style hot pepper sauce
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 - 10 oz cans premium chicken breast, i used hormel's

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a deep baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, whisk the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Mix in the dressing, buffalo hot sauce and mozzarella cheese until combined. Stir in chicken.
  • Step 3
    Spoon mix into baking dish. Bake about 15-20 mins, or until bubbly. Stir again and serve w/ cut up carrots and celery, or chips and crackers.
