I make this w/ canned chunck chicken, which makes it easier, but if you have left over cubed chicken, or shredded chicken that's fine to use also.

Ingredients For sherry's easy summer-time buffalo chicken dip

    8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    lite buttermilk ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c
    buffalo-style hot pepper sauce
  • 1/3 c
    reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2
    10 oz cans premium chicken breast, i used hormel's

    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a deep baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, whisk the cream cheese until smooth.

    Mix in the dressing, buffalo hot sauce and mozzarella cheese until combined. Stir in chicken.

    Spoon mix into baking dish. Bake about 15-20 mins, or until bubbly. Stir again and serve w/ cut up carrots and celery, or chips and crackers.
